Uppinger provides website and infrastructure uptime monitoring, including HTTP(S), keyword, SSL certificate, ping, and port checks, together with alerting and reporting features. The specific features available to you depend on your selected plan.
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account and keep it up to date. You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use the Service.
You agree to monitor only resources that you own or are authorized to monitor. You may not use the Service to:

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis until cancelled. You may upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time from your account; changes take effect at the end of the current billing cycle unless stated otherwise. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change pricing with reasonable advance notice.
We strive to keep the Service available and accurate but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Monitoring results and alerts are provided on a best-effort basis and should not be relied upon as the sole safeguard for critical systems. We are not liable for missed or delayed notifications.
The Service, including its software, design, and content (excluding your data), is owned by Uppinger and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain all rights to the data you submit. You grant us a limited license to process that data solely to provide the Service.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Uppinger shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or if required for security or legal reasons. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the revised version with an updated date and, for material changes, provide reasonable notice. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
